testosterone and estrogen can be ridiculously gogdamn expensive and all too but it works better than getting a surgery right away because you dont have to keep doing it if you feel really uncomfortable with the things happening to you

your friend should probably talk to a professional counselor or someone who knows and accepts them about prices and look at their budget because some shit is really expensive and sometimes you can find options that are cheaper

people transitioning from m to f and f to m have different needs and different things cost different amounts and last i checked i dont have a penis nor do i want to get rid of said metaphorical penis so im not the best to ask about girls like that
