it can be especially if youre considering surgeries and things like that

testosterone and estrogen can be ridiculously gogdamn expensive and all too but it works better than getting a surgery right away because you dont have to keep doing it if you feel really uncomfortable with the things happening to you

this tumblr right here has a lot of information on clinics in different areas and everything else involving hormones and anything you would ever need to know

your friend should probably talk to a professional counselor or someone who knows and accepts them about prices and look at their budget because some shit is really expensive and sometimes you can find options that are cheaper

like if you look carefully at some shit target has its like a really cheap but really useful christmas for dudes like me

people transitioning from m to f and f to m have different needs and different things cost different amounts and last i checked i dont have a penis nor do i want to get rid of said metaphorical penis so im not the best to ask about girls like that
